Update

So yesterday I ate some nut&oat bars, an Up&Go, Gingerbread duck, Vegemite sandwich on whole meal bread and some steamed potatoes, carrots & some braised meat :) I feel alot healthier since I have given up on the butter/fatty food/lollies/soda etc but I still want to loose weight, I think I am going to fast again soon, today I am going to exercise for an hour hopefully I want to see some results soon :) I plan to join the gym as soon as I can :D

Still trying to find the right diet plan

So I am kinda still working out what im doing at the moment diet wise. Today I ate an Up&Go for breakfast, slim strawberry cheese cake weight loss bar, low fat yogurt drink, bowl of blue berries & strawberries, 2 rice crackers and some frozen grapes. I am doing pretty good I guess.. I walked a bit today which is better then nothing but I want to start exercising a lot more then I do, half an hour a day at least. I have cut butter, foods high in fat and all sweets out of my diet. I won't be weighing myself untill my birthday which is less then a month away :) so until then I am going to be aiming for an hour a day exercise, skipping, jogging, etc

Update

So I did my green tea fast and then that night I had a huge salad with lemon instead of fatty thick dressing. Then today I ate a salad for breakfast/lunch which was 97 cal so that was good, and then I got invited to dinner so I ordered the chicken schnitzel,mash & salad. I am kind of disappointed because schnitzel has a fatter batter all over it, but then again even with eating that meal (300 cal) I still ate less then 500 cal all day which I am very happy about! I said no to chocolate & no to fizzy drinks too :D just water! I'm going to start eating a very big healthy breakfast in the morning (fruit or healthy cereal and low fat milk) and then a small lunch like some celery sticks or some other vegetable.. and have a very small light dinner. I am not eating any food after 7pm anymore as I heard its not good for you and your body tends to store fat more when you eat and simply just go to sleep. I also went to an oval yesterday with my boyfriend and I ran around half of it (It's a big oval) it was good to have some exercise time as I don't do much anymore, I am starting back up at the gym asap :D

Fasting today

I have decided to fast today and only have water and green tea, then I will go back to the liquids and fruit fast tomorrow.. I am thinking about doing the ABC diet not for the full 50 days though but just till I see results that I am happy with. I am going to exercise for an hour in a couple of hours so that will be good :) I haven't weighed myself and I am going to try not to until the end of my entire fast which is in 6 days. So its fasting today (Saturday), then back to fruit, soups and other low cal liquids for tomorrow (Sunday) then just liquids for the next 2 days (Monday,Tuesday) fast on Wednesday, and then I will have fruit and veggies, maybe something bigger and a bit higher in calories to get my metabolism going again :) then I might start the ABC diet

Liquids & Fruit fast

I have decided to do a fruit and liquids fast for 3 days and then continue for 4 more days just on a liquids only fast, soups, diet shakes, juice, water etc. I am hoping this will help me shed some weight and feel detoxed :) I have got some lamingtons also (small cakes covered in chocolate and coconut) Just to help my sugar levels stay up. I started the fast this morning and so far I have eaten 2 cuppa soups about 96 cal each, 1 up&go (low cal milk drink) 2 lamingtons, half an apple and a couple of grapes. So considering that I went to the shops today and was around all the fatty foods I am used to eating I think I did really good at avoiding eating those things, nothing tastes as good as skinny feels, not even McDonalds :)

It's been a long time!

Wow... It has been a very long time since I have updated my blog, but I will be updating alot more now :), I let myself binge and eat continuously over the past few months, I am disgusted with my weight and I cant take being a fat slob anymore! I got down to 53kg last year and I was so proud of myself.. but then I gave up and gave in to fast food.. I'm joining back at the gym in a couple of weeks... My birthday is next month so I would like to not look as sloppy then so I guess I will do some exercise until I start at the gym. I'm cutting out all soda & ALL fatty greasy foods.. It's going to be very hard because I love how convenient eating fast food is and how tempting it is to eat. But I cant deal with the way I look at the moment, I am sick of sucking in my flab and thinking yeah that looks thin and then letting it all out... its making me feel ill just thinking about how I have let myself get.. I am thinking that I will start another pro ana diet... the 3 day liquid fast went so well for me I lost 5kg and kept it off for a long time! anyway I am going to post some thinspo and maybe next week I will upload a photo of what I look like now.
