Liquids & Fruit fast

I have decided to do a fruit and liquids fast for 3 days and then continue for 4 more days just on a liquids only fast, soups, diet shakes, juice, water etc. I am hoping this will help me shed some weight and feel detoxed :) I have got some lamingtons also (small cakes covered in chocolate and coconut) Just to help my sugar levels stay up. I started the fast this morning and so far I have eaten 2 cuppa soups about 96 cal each, 1 up&go (low cal milk drink) 2 lamingtons, half an apple and a couple of grapes. So considering that I went to the shops today and was around all the fatty foods I am used to eating I think I did really good at avoiding eating those things, nothing tastes as good as skinny feels, not even McDonalds :)
