So I am kinda still working out what im doing at the moment diet wise. Today I ate an Up&Go for breakfast, slim strawberry cheese cake weight loss bar, low fat yogurt drink, bowl of blue berries & strawberries, 2 rice crackers and some frozen grapes. I am doing pretty good I guess.. I walked a bit today which is better then nothing but I want to start exercising a lot more then I do, half an hour a day at least. I have cut butter, foods high in fat and all sweets out of my diet. I won't be weighing myself untill my birthday which is less then a month away :) so until then I am going to be aiming for an hour a day exercise, skipping, jogging, etc
