So I did my green tea fast and then that night I had a huge salad with lemon instead of fatty thick dressing. Then today I ate a salad for breakfast/lunch which was 97 cal so that was good, and then I got invited to dinner so I ordered the chicken schnitzel,mash & salad. I am kind of disappointed because schnitzel has a fatter batter all over it, but then again even with eating that meal (300 cal) I still ate less then 500 cal all day which I am very happy about! I said no to chocolate & no to fizzy drinks too :D just water! I'm going to start eating a very big healthy breakfast in the morning (fruit or healthy cereal and low fat milk) and then a small lunch like some celery sticks or some other vegetable.. and have a very small light dinner. I am not eating any food after 7pm anymore as I heard its not good for you and your body tends to store fat more when you eat and simply just go to sleep. I also went to an oval yesterday with my boyfriend and I ran around half of it (It's a big oval) it was good to have some exercise time as I don't do much anymore, I am starting back up at the gym asap :D
