I have decided to fast today and only have water and green tea, then I will go back to the liquids and fruit fast tomorrow.. I am thinking about doing the ABC diet not for the full 50 days though but just till I see results that I am happy with. I am going to exercise for an hour in a couple of hours so that will be good :) I haven't weighed myself and I am going to try not to until the end of my entire fast which is in 6 days. So its fasting today (Saturday), then back to fruit, soups and other low cal liquids for tomorrow (Sunday) then just liquids for the next 2 days (Monday,Tuesday) fast on Wednesday, and then I will have fruit and veggies, maybe something bigger and a bit higher in calories to get my metabolism going again :) then I might start the ABC diet
